The slip-on flange accepts the pipe through its bore and is fillet-welded on the outside. It is easy to align, economical to install and is the highest-volume flange type in low-pressure ambient-temperature piping. It is widely used in water supply, HVAC, fire protection, water treatment and general industrial piping where cost efficiency matters most.
