Hebei Guangzhu Pipe Fittings Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer dedicated to the development, production and export of flanges, based in Hebei Province, China - one of the country's most concentrated clusters for flanges and pipe fittings. Drawing on local forging, machining and heat treatment resources, we supply flanges with consistent quality and reliable lead times.
We produce weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld and lap joint flanges, as well as large diameter and non-standard customised flanges. Production follows ASME/ANSI, EN, DIN, JIS, BS, GOST and UNI standards, in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and duplex steel. Our products serve petrochemical, power generation, natural gas, water supply, shipbuilding and offshore engineering projects.
We work to a simple principle: follow the standard, and prove it with test data. Incoming material is verified and heat numbers are recorded, critical processes are documented step by step, and before shipment quantity and marking are re-checked against the packing list. Material certificates and inspection reports ship with the goods. For first-time customers we welcome a small trial order or third-party inspection - let the product build the trust.

Machining
CNC lathes, CNC vertical lathes and machining centres machine the sealing face in a single set-up for consistent flatness and surface finish.
Heat treatment
Normalizing, tempering and solution treatment are performed to material and standard, with traceable furnace charts and batch hardness checks.
Laboratory testing
Spectro analysis verifies incoming material, while tensile, impact and hardness tests confirm mechanical properties.
Non-destructive testing
Radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing can be arranged, performed by certified personnel with reports issued.
Finishing & packing
Rust oil, black paint, galvanizing or epoxy coating as required, then export wooden cases or pallets, marked and container loaded.
